Every apartment only allows for a maximum number of
persons, and offers the possibility to add one or two extra
beds, depending on the size. Meals are not included, but the
restaurant in the hay-loft is at
your disposal.

A game room is available for the fun of younger and elder people.
Two lifts, that are the heart of the ski domain "Monterosa Ski", are settled just 30m away.
During the winter season a snow-park for children and a tapis-roulant for beginners are freely available to our guests.
Nearby there are two restaurants with local cuisine. The main village, with shops and other services, is only 4km away and can be reached with a confortable shuttle service.
